Sweating it out in the infrared sauna….

Chromotherapy, or color therapy, uses colors to boost physical and emotional health. Adding chromotherapy lights to a sauna can also enhance relaxation. I can turn some music on or watch or show, read a book, or sometimes just enjoy the silence in the warmth of the sauna.
