Things to bring into spring….
Daily movement
Gratitude
Connection with nature
A morning routine
Balanced nourishment
Six to eight hours of sleep, nightly
Anchoring into presence through breath
Setting intentions
Doing things daily that make you feel alive
Why is it that spring always feels like a new awakening, new beginning? The thought of hibernating through winter perhaps, and Mother Nature gracefully allowing much of our environment to sleep through the colder months. I know for myself I really enjoy the change of seasons and definitely when spring arrives we see so much of our environment begin to come out of a dormant state. Grass turns greener, flowers begin to bloom, days are longer and the sun shines brighter. With spring upon us it is a great time to set some intentions and think about what things I can do to be at one with the universe and feel grounded and alive. Daily movement will include outdoor walks and balanced nourishment will begin to include more fresh and locally grown produce. What can you do during this transition time? I have, and I hope you all will take some time to move with intention from winter to spring and do things daily to make you feel alive.
