Fortitude Training
Fortitude is the mental strength and courage needed to face tough times. It involves pushing through challenges while staying focused and determined. For me I practice fortitude by taking small actions, completing difficult tasks one after another. I often talk about fortitude training with clients because lets face it, we all have challenges and obstacles in life. Something that seemingly stands between us and a goal. Breaking things down into manageable sized tasks can help to reach the ultimate goal. Constantly building strength and persevering , the sky is the limit!
